Portishead A & C Teams in Action I've been away for a while so there's a lot to catch up with! So here's a summary of the November matches so far: First of all on 6th November our A Team Clifton's high flying Juniors in what was anticipated to be a tough match. Robot Chess Coming to Portishead!!
Robot Chess Coming to Portishead! Portishead are raising funds to buy this Chess robot for our amazing chess community . Bristol and Portishead are currently teaching to hundreds of children at clubs and schools over the South West on a weekly basis. We are planning on making this chess robot available at junior tournaments, events and schools! It won't be cheap but it has the potential to draw may more children into playing chess.
