Five Portishead Juniors play in South Bristol Rapidplay!

The 2nd South Bristol Junior Rapidplay was held at Whitchurch RUC today - Saturday 16th March. 60 juniors in total competed in different age group sections with Edward in the under 16s, Hugo, Tobias and Mark in the under 14s and Nathan and Jacob in the under 10s.

Edwards section was very tough featuring 9 of the strongest and most experienced players in the age group in what was almost an all-play-all - so to score 3/6, including some impressive scalps was a fantastic result. Hugo and Tobias were equal first in the under 14s with Mark a short way behind - so this is an age group that Portishead is already dominating.

Nathan and Jacob also performed admirably and the experience will serve them both well. Goodness know how they managed to keep going to the end, but they did!
